1. How did Napa-Lake Stone Cottage get its name?? Glad you asked. Well...this wooded area was originally a part of Napa County. Later it was redistricted, by an act of Congress, into Lake County in the late 1800s. In honor of the cottage's "bi-County" heritage, we named her Napa-Lake.
2. How far are you from where I am?? We are about 2 hours from much of the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento and under an hour from Napa, Mendocino and Sonoma Counties. Less than a half hour from Clear Lake.
