This is my personal vacation home. Beautifully renovated 2 bedrooms / 2 full bath condominium on the Possum Trot Golf Course @Golf Glenn Villas, 1101 Possum Trot Rd, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582. Just a 1/2 mile walk or drive to the beach (plenty of free parking at the beach).
Gleaming hardwood floors throughout main living area, new carpet in bedroom and new tile floors in remodeled bathrooms.
Kitchen has new tile floors, new tile countertops and slate stone backsplash. Also, new large 26 cu.ft. side-by-side refrigerator, new dishwasher, microwave and stove in a fully equipped kitchen.
Sleeps 6 maximum with a Queen bed in each bedroom and Full pullout sofa in living room.
There is a TV with XBox, DVD/CD & VCR in the living room.
Lush green kid-friendly space surrounds my second floor end unit of this elevator equipped building. Possum Trot Golf Course is on one side. Central Park, the city park, with 6 athletic fields, sheltered picnic and grill-out areas, playgrounds, gymnasium, outdoor basketball and tennis courts is in front and Beachwood Golf Course borders on the East.
Situated between the Atlantic Ocean (about 1/2 mile to Crescent Beach which is part of North Myrtle Beach) and the Inland Waterway.
Great entertainment venues (Alabama Theatre & House of Blues), great shopping is less than 10 minutes away at Barefoot Landing. The town of Calabash is only 20 minutes North with many authentic seafood restaurants.
Golf Course, Pool/Jacuzzi, Tennis Courts, new City Community Center with Basketball Gymnasium, outdoor basketball courts and picnic/grill/park area all just right out the front door.
