CHATHAM RETREAT: 3 Bedrooms, (Sleeps 5 – 6)
The “Chatham Retreat” is clean, tastefully decorated, and a short scenic walk (1/5 mi) to a beautiful, long secluded beach on Nantucket Sound. It is a “stone's throw” to 75 acres of conservation land that rolls into the beach. The hilltop views are breath taking! Forest Beach is a lovely beach for small children, beachcombing, swimming and rejuvenating long walks. The saltwater is much warmer than the Atlantic Ocean.
The “Chatham Retreat” has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath (full) with an additional hot & cold outdoor, enclosed shower. It is recommended for families up to 5 or 6. A public tennis court is nearby (1/4 mile walk). The home is available year-round for vacation rentals. It has winter water views and a fireplace. In-season it is especially great for families! Off-season - it is excellent for couples looking for a 'get away.'
Quiet neighborhood, lovely yard with flagstone patio. Just a short walk to tennis courts, playground and one of the smallest public libraries in New England. Walk to historic hardware store, coffee & newspaper cafe with WIFI, movies & ice cream. Close to popular Cape Cod bike trail.
The Chatham Retreat is a wonderful combination of "sand between your toes" Cape Cod, but with up to date amenities...washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable, and bring your laptop in summer for our wireless internet access! Expanded cable includes NESN! A wonderful place to create family memories.
