You would own a fraction of the entire property as a tenant in common with others. Your Ownership share would be: 308,000/ 890,152,000.
You would be able to transfer your interest separately from owners of other intervals.
Your Reservation Rights would be generally described as the following:
1. You would receive 308,000 points every year. (I understand you can use these points at other resorts world wide as well.)
2. You would be able to use your points to reserve the use of a unit every Year.
3. Your Internal would be "floating time rights" and "floating All-unit rights". This means that you may use your points to reserve the use of a points unit for e or more "occupancy periods" on the terms and conditions stated in the Plan documents. The association would choose the unit that you actually will use.
4. Reported by Universal time share, If you purchased this time share, you could Rent the unit/time out at a price of $2,500.+/-/week.

"Great location - clean & safe - super place to stay"
"Nice location. Close walk to beach. Close walk to town and restaurants. Very clean, very safe, very friendly place. We stayed on a timeshare exchange and were thrilled to find that it had recently been remodeled. No views, but really great patios to hang out on. Nice pool areas too! The grounds (beautiful landscape) and the motif are totally about being on a Hawaii vacation. Well stocked with the basics that are needed. Peaceful at night."

"This is our favorite Big Island resort!"
"I want to be upfront and mention that we are Wyndham Vacation owners. We have been to this resort several times and can't wait to go back. The units are wonderful & spacious. Two large bathrooms, comfortable beds, well equipeed kitchens, washer/dryer in every unit, large lanai with table & 6 chairs for dining plus loungers, flat screen TVs (except in 2nd bedroom), central air, plenty of towels as well as beach towels, and a view of the ocean (resort is not on the ...more [+]ocean, but across the street and many units have a partial view of the ocean). There are two pools & hot tubs on the property, a decent fitness center, and the grounds are beautiful & very well cared for. The front desk staff is very friendly and there is someone there 24/7. I like the location of this resort because it is a nice, short walk into town, probably less than a mile. Lot's of great restaurants, shops, and historical things to check out. Walmart is pretty close. It carries some food, but it is not a Super Walmart."

"We loved the place"
"My wife and I stayed here for a week in August. The unit was very spacious for just the two of us. We enjoyed the whirlpool tub in our unit as well as eating out on the lanai with its beautiful view of the landscaping. The staff was very helpful and the location of the resort was also very convenient."

"What a great place to spend the week!"
"From the late night check-in, to the staff, the condo, the grounds, and pool this place is really nice. Everything about this place is great. The resort info page doesn't say enough about it's location. You can walk to the village in 10 minutes. The ocean is across the street and a little beach is about five minutes walk. "
