I will Share my Computer Office Space with You! For only $400 a month. You can't beat that price and it is on a Main Road called Central Ave.
Actual Location is: 2319 Central Ave, Saint Petersburg, FL 33713.
I am currently working out of this space on some evenings and weekends only. I am hardly ever there and if you need a nice computer facility then this is the office for you. I am willing to share this space and I am on the road most of the time, so you will hardly see me there. It is set up as a computer training facility and it would be idea for business meetings
If you need a reasonable priced nice office on the busy Grand Central District Central Avenue location then look no further. I can share my office with you. I am only asking you to pay half the rent and the water and lights are included. So you do not have to turn on lights or water. It is fully furnished as well, so you don't need much to get started here. You can't beat that deal. The A/C unit is very new and works absolutely excellent. It is internet/cable modem ready, however you will need to turn on that service yourself. I do have a network and wireless router you can access.
I am looking for someone who will keep the place neat, clean and organized. Take a look at the pictures below and see if this will be a fit for your business. You already have a private desk/workstation type setup in the back of the office for you. Plenty of space and privacy for your own personal office space. You can even set up your own business signage as well. Plenty of parking spaces in the back as well as front for customers.
