The outside building has a private gate and is pretty secure. It is upstairs above a business on the main road called Central Avenue and it has passed all housing inspections.
It is very close to several colleges stores and the down town area. The bus stops right in front. It is great for college students. Many stores are in this area within walking distance. It is known as the Grand Central District area of Saint Petersburg. A Laundrymat is just right down the street with plenty of art shops, restaurants, store fronts etc... You can even catch the bus or trolley right in front of this location.
If you work downtown and like what is happening in the downtown area of St. Petersburg, FL then this is the place for you. Great location for college students because USF, SPC, Eckerd College and Technical Schools are very close by. If you are just starting out in business then this is the best Central Avenue location for you at the lowest price.
