No smoking inside our home policy. Keys are checked out from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with your Driver's License and $25 cash deposit. Applications available via website, fax or at the office. All Intended Occupants Over 18yrs Must Furnish Positive ID (i.E. Driver'S License) And Remit A $40 Non-Refundable Application Fee Per Legal Occupant Due At Time Of Application. Applications Are Approved Upon Review Of Credit Report, Verification Of Income (3x Rent), Verification Of Rental History (2-5yrs) And Other Criteria. Property Must be Reserved with Payment of Security Deposit for 15 Day Reservation. All Initial Payments of Rent and Deposits Must be Paid in Certified Funds - no Cash. Full Month's Advance Rent Required At Move-In, Pro-Rate Credits Applied At Next Installment. Security Deposits Are Equal To Rental Amount with Approved Credit. No Credit Qualifications available upon payment of Additional Security Deposit equal to Rental Amount. Roommates are Subject to Approval and Required to Pay a Deposit per Occupant. Advertised Rental Rates are for 12month Lease - 7month Lease available for additional 10% rate premium. |
