Note: The sleeping areas with the queen- and king-size beds are at opposite ends of the loft about 45 feet apart -- and have curtains that can be drawn for visual privacy. You would have to decide if this offered the desired level of privacy for your party.
There is one bathroom with the toilet and shower enclosed in a private space with traditional walls and door; with two side-by-side sinks on the 1st level. The Master Suite has a private bath with shower.
The penthouse has a small front deck, and a 500 square foot roof deck with table and chairs for six.
The space has a peaked ceiling that soars to about 22' in height, capped with two huge skylights at the peak.

It's a 3-4 minute walk to Davis Square which has the "T" stop as well as tons of cafes, shops, restaurants and other neighborhood services. Using the Redline T you can be in Harvard Square in four minutes (2 stops), and in the heart of downtown/tourist Boston in 12-15 minutes (6 stops). |
