Disney Location - Only 7.5 miles from Walt Disney World and a zoned resort rental community, the villa community has ever been a sought-after destination for Disney vacationers. Despite in the vicinity of major attractions and essential daily needs, the community is in a quiet locale, at a preferable distance from humming traffic. Off a lush palm-tree flanked entrance road, our estate villa resides on an even quieter cul-de-sac, a serene retreat after a bustling day in the Parks.
Family Friendly - The villa features 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests or 2 families. It has one king and two queen beds with LCD TV in each room. The two kid's rooms are decorated for their delights. The small child is privileged with a crib, a high chair and a stroller. For safety, the pool alarm sirens if your child attempts to access the pool area unsupervised. Seniors walk effortlessly around villa's leveled layout. The laundry facility refreshes your clothes for the week-long stay at the villa. With its fully equipped eat-in kitchen, the villa affords you a wide range of family dinning options while homeaway. All supplies are just a short trip to the supermarket 1/2 mile off the resort entrance.
Entertainment - Following a fun day at the Parks, you may extend the fun in the villa's spacious game room stocked with billiard, air hockey and ping-pong tables. You may surf the web via villa's free WiFi access. You may also splash in the large, screened swimming pool in the private backyard. If you just want to kick back after a hectic day, simply lie down on the poolside lounge under the Florida sun. Our great room presents a 46" large screen flat panel TV of free cable programs, alone with a DVD player and a video game box. Besides, phone calls are free within US and Canada. |

Excluding holidays, mid-week change-over, etc. Rates of six nights or fewer vary; 10% discount for additional weeks
- Off-season: $625/week

- Other holidays/breaks: $750/week
- 11% Florida State tourist tax
- $275 demage-protection deposit, fully refundable within one week of check-out
- Optional pool heating at $135/week or $25/day (desirable over early Fall - late Spring)
- Profane-gas fueled BBQ grill use at $35/week
Booking:
- $100 deposit for each week of rental
- A signed rental agreement

As we stepped inside villa, we were greeted with an airy living space. "Cool...", delighted the kids as they started scouting through each villa room. The ambiance was graceful, architecture uncluttered and furniture/appliances dirtless. Beddings are neatly layered and linens&towels tidily folded. After a brief haggling over their favorite rooms and beds, the kids all disappeared into the back gamesroom, leaving us with some needed calm following a long trip. The 5 bedrooms are just pleasant for our 2 families of 9 vacationing together. Nobody had to settle for the couch sleeper. The villa's open space flows well, with all rooms centered around a roomy living area connected to the pool. While we hung out in the living room and at pool site during the day, we would spread out and retreat to each quiet corner in the evening for a goodnight recharge. There is plenty of sun in the backyard, making the pool cozy and enticing after returning from the parks. The community couldn't be much closer to all needs, restaurant, gas, supermarket, pizza, ATM... you think of it. Yet it is a nice escape from all too busy US192 a mile and half down south. -by Kate (New York)
